Also we would like to add we have never known of a service provider that hasnt repaired an unlocked phone, remember its in their interest to have your phone on their network! Q. What do I need to unlock my mobile phone remotely? A. All you need is some informtion about your phone, including your IMEI, and the service provider you are locked to, thats it. Q. How do I find out what the IMEI number is for my phone? A. Easy just enter *#06# into your phone where you usually enter phone numbers to call, and your IMEI/Serial number will be displayed on your phone. Alternatively you can remove the back from your phone and look under the battery. The IMEI number is the International Mobile Equipment Identifier, a 15 digit number that uniquely identifies your mobile phone from others. - However we recommend using the *#06# system as sometimes its easy to mistake some digits for others esp if the phone is old. Q. How do I receive these codes? A. Youll receive your unlocking codes via email within the current Timescale for your particular make/model of mobile phone. Q. How much does it cost and how can I pay? A. To unlock one mobile phone prices range depending on the service you need, and your location. We currently accept payment via PayPal, Postal Orders and personal/business cheques. Q. What is Postal Unlocking? A. Postal Unlocking is an alternative service to Remote Unlocking. If you find that your phone is not listed in our Remote Unlocking Section, then you will need to use our Postal Unlocking Service. Q. How long does Postal Unlocking take? A. This is dependant on your location. If you are in the UK and you use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send your phone to us, then normally 3 days. |
